User Agreement
By accessing and using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
Services
We provide AI development, integration services, website development, and other digital solutions as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice. We strive to ensure high quality and availability of our services, but we cannot guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You acknowledge that technical problems or maintenance may temporarily interrupt service availability.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SafIoIT and its licensors. Our trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. The code, design, and content we create for clients become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. However, we reserve the right to use non-confidential aspects of completed projects in our portfolio.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Payment Terms
For paid services, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise, which are your responsibility. Payment terms are specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension. For subscription services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel subscriptions according to our cancellation policy.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of information shared during our business relationship. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties except as required to provide our services or as required by law. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information we share with you. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiation fails, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through mediation before resorting to arbitration or litigation. The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
